The position involves building sales pipelines, developing strategies, and partnering with engineering, production, and quality teams to turn manufacturing capabilities into customer value, from initial conversations to project launches. Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategy and roadmap to drive new business in strategic growth and established categories.
- Build sales pipeline through prospecting, expanding with existing/past customers, and using tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
- Develop quotes/proposals, negotiate contracts for strategic, profitable business with high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and attend industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and execute projects successfully.
- Establish KPIs, track sales performance, manage pipeline, and report on activities, forecasts, and feedback.
- Serve as a key leader in the Contract Molding Business Unit, executing strategy and coaching team members.
