Job Overview

This role involves driving sourcing and vetting of talent for technical and technical-adjacent roles, combining hands-on recruiting with strategic sourcing leadership. Responsibilities include managing the full recruiting lifecycle and shaping targeted recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position reports to the CEO and is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruiting for technical to technical-adjacent roles
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate technical competency, cultural alignment, and communication skills
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success criteria
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, aligning with business needs and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
  • Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline systems, keeping candidate profiles current and organized for high-volume recruiting needs
  • Mentor recruiters on technical recruiting best practices
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, programming languages, and technical role evolution
  • Achieve placement targets while maintaining high company partner satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record placing candidates in software development, engineering, data science, or related technical disciplines
  • Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep understanding of technical skills assessment, including the ability to evaluate programming languages, frameworks, etc
