Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process, including gathering requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Solicit and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other effective sourcing methods.
- Coordinate with managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders during the selection process.
- Provide guidance on candidate evaluation and make hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Culture and Talent team to ensure high-quality candidate and employee experiences.
- Contribute to defining, evolving, and deploying the employer brand in partnership with the marketing team.
- Monitor best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT or technical recruiting, with knowledge of full hiring cycles.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
