Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete hiring process, including gathering requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Solicit and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other effective sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate with managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders during the selection process.
  • Provide guidance on candidate evaluation and make hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Culture and Talent team to ensure high-quality candidate and employee experiences.
  • Contribute to defining, evolving, and deploying the employer brand in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Monitor best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes and tools.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT or technical recruiting, with knowledge of full hiring cycles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Interest in employer branding and talent acquisition best practices.
