Join the SEM team to manage international client SEO campaigns and website optimization, collaborating with Project Management, Web Development, Creative, and Marketing teams to drive traffic, leads, and ROI. Optimize digital marketing strategies for search engines like Google, and expand into AI Search (AEO) for visibility in Answer Engines.
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of client businesses, campaigns, and strategies; execute SEO campaigns, ensure deliverables, and report results with insights.
- Attend or run client meetings, workshops, and calls; prepare outputs and maintain knowledge of Statements of Work.
- Provide actionable SEO insights, conduct audits, produce performance reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform keyword research, review content, and draft optimization recommendations for metadata, on-page elements, links, CTAs, images, and layout.
- Analyze high-value pages, identify process improvements, and ensure campaigns are on time and budget using tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Search Atlas.
- Support website migrations to HubSpot, including planning URL changes, redirects, QA testing, crawls, snag lists, and go-live implementation.
- Collaborate with teams and deliver training.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Reporting functionality.
- Excitement for AI Search and AEO challenges, with a proactive approach to exploring new ideas and improving client outcomes.
- Understanding of SEO, marketing, PPC propositions, and relevant technology stacks.
