Job Overview

This role involves delivering high-impact social media activity across client accounts, owning day-to-day strategy, content, paid campaigns, community engagement, and performance reporting. Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage end-to-end social media activity, including strategy development, campaign planning, content delivery, community engagement, paid campaigns, and reporting.
  • Act as the day-to-day client lead, building partnerships through communication, updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives, employer brand, and audience insights.
  • Deliver campaigns across multiple markets (US, EMEA, APAC), adapting content for regional nuances.
  • Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with objectives, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality content, including static assets, video, and employee storytelling.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, managing budgets and meeting targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
