Job Overview

This role involves building and managing social media channels from the ground up, focusing on creating engaging content that drives community growth and brand impact. You’ll collaborate closely with a team to develop psychologically informed strategies for a new brand promoting innovative home products, emphasizing storytelling, aesthetics, and viral potential on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Build and independently manage social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop a clear social media concept including content plans, look, and feel.
  • Create Reels, Stories, and visuals that evoke emotions and have viral potential.
  • Build an active community by handling DMs and comments.
  • Implement current trends into brand-appropriate content.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on growth, brand, and performance.
  • Analyze insights and KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building and managing social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok; nice-to-have: Pinterest or YouTube Shorts.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
  • Skills in video editing tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, thinking in hooks, engagement, and conversions.
  • Interest in smart home, lifestyle, or tech products.
  • Strong communication skills and a good sense for community building.
  • Independent and structured working style to drive projects from start to finish.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with UGC creator management or influencer collaborations.
