Job Overview

This role involves owning content execution across social channels, video production, podcast workflows, and training videos in an AI-forward environment. Daily use of AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, QA, and optimization is required, with collaboration during Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end social content operations from planning to publishing to performance reporting.
  • Write and edit platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing and thought leadership.
  • Manage podcast production workflow, including episode planning, asset coordination, post-production handoff, clips, and distribution support.
  • Manage and edit training video content for internal enablement and client-facing learning assets.
  • Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for faster scripting, editing, repurposing, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align content with business priorities.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and quality standards across all content outputs.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in social media content, video editing, or multi-channel content management.
  • Demonstrated lead-level ownership of publishing workflows and deadlines.
  • Strong writing/editing ability for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletter formats.
  • Experience editing training/educational videos with clear structure and instructional quality.
  • Portfolio/work samples required: LinkedIn content samples, X content samples, email newsletter samples, video editing samples (short-form and long-form).
  • Evidence of AI-native execution in day-to-day content workflows.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration habits in remote teams.
