Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage initial communication
  • Screen profiles and assess basic fit against role requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Workable)
  • Ensure candidates are properly documented and moved through the process
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers to align on sourcing needs
  • Occasionally review CVs and support with basic candidate evaluation

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-focused profiles preferred)
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
  • Experience with platforms like Upwork is a plus
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
