Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage initial communication
- Screen profiles and assess basic fit against role requirements
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Workable)
- Ensure candidates are properly documented and moved through the process
- Collaborate with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers to align on sourcing needs
- Occasionally review CVs and support with basic candidate evaluation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-focused profiles preferred)
- Strong experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Experience with platforms like Upwork is a plus
- Good written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
