Tax Manager – High Net Worth

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale tax consulting engagements for private clients.
• Oversee ad hoc tax planning, research, and consulting projects.
• Set appointments with clients and assemble information for preparing federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Maintain productive relationships with client personnel and manage service expectations.
• Determine fees for engagements with client partner approval.
• Provide mentorship and learning opportunities to Staff and Senior Accountants.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and identify service expansion opportunities.
• Adhere to company processes, privacy policies, and professional conduct rules of relevant bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and Licensed CPA.
• 4+ years of progressive tax experience.
• 1+ years leading and training Staff and Senior Accountants in public accounting.
