Identify growth levers, optimize performance, and build sustainable marketing with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle external representation to patients, doctors, and the health sector.
  • Oversee all marketing and representation in the management team, including prioritization, budget allocation, and goal achievement.
  • Scale health apps in the German DiGA market to establish economic success and sustainability.
  • Manage performance and economic viability, such as prescriptions, ROAS, channel efficiency, and data-driven steering.
  • Identify and implement key growth levers across the user journey from awareness to usage.

  • Delegate tasks clearly while ensuring quality and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and management teams to align marketing with product and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Empathetic understanding of the target audience and mission, translating it into effective communication and marketing measures.
  • Strong understanding of marketing contexts and analytical thinking in numbers and impacts (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, ROAS).
  • High affinity for data, tools, and technology (e.g., tracking, attribution, analysis tools, possibly AI in marketing).
  • Confident handling of numbers, analyses, and innovative tech (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Claude).
  • Clear prioritization and decision-making even with incomplete information.
  • High standards for results, speed, and quality.
