Job Overview

Take full responsibility for strategic projects from the start, build processes using tools like n8n and Claude, and drive them forward independently in a fast-growing AI-native Go-To-Market agency working with B2B tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete financial planning from budgeting to forecasting and develop scalable processes for sustainable growth.
• Identify optimization potentials and automate operational workflows using AI tools like Claude, Open Claw, and platforms such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier; build missing processes proactively.
• Develop data-driven decision-making foundations by building modern business intelligence structures (e.g., using Snowflake and Looker Studio).
• Serve as a sparring partner to founders for strategic and operational decisions, voicing and shaping opinions actively.
• Develop and implement new business ideas and Go-to-Market strategies from 0 to 1; follow through on initiated topics.
• Create clarity in complex topics through clean analyses, structured decision-making bases, and clear implementation plans; solve problems and highlight opportunities proactively.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor or Master degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in fast-changing environments like startups, consulting, investment banking, or VCs.
• Initial experience managing other employees and interns, serving as a role model.
• Strong interest in building companies and a strong will to learn new things.
• Embody goal-oriented mindset, high proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
• Set high quality standards for self and others, displaying a motivating Can-Do mentality.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional expertise in at least one area that stands out.
