Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, track, and manage tasks from emails, calls, and other sources using tools like Microsoft Planner.
- Efficiently manage and organize inboxes and contact lists for seamless communication and follow-up.
- Handle logistical tasks including travel planning, booking flights and accommodations, and managing invoices.
- File and organize documents in SharePoint for easy access and logical structure.
- Conduct thorough research on various topics to support projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
- Excellent documentation and file management skills with understanding of best practices for OneDrive/SharePoint.
- Proficient in using tools like Gemini and GPT to improve productivity.
- Fluent in German (required).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
