Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, including automated lead generation, inbound conversion, and deal closing.
- Identify and contact key B2B decision-makers across various industries.
- Develop and execute AI-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers.
- Conduct demo calls to present the product and demonstrate its value.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
- Use AI tools to analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
- Native-level German proficiency.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding quotas as an Account Executive or similar closing role.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in closing deals.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for success.
- Self-starter capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.
- Experience with AI-supported sales tools.
- Experience in mobility or transport industry is a plus.
