Job Overview

Lead business initiatives within the US Driver’s License and Civil Identity markets. Support existing accounts primarily in the US Central region, develop and implement sales strategies for growth in existing and new accounts, and coordinate with supporting teams for presentations and contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on booking and revenue objectives, providing consistent forecasting and managing to achieve targets.
  • Track opportunities in CRM, maintain existing accounts, and develop strategic capture plans for new clients.
  • Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, influencing them in advance.
  • Manage customer and partner relationships, acting as an executive sponsor to drive business results.
  • Utilize internal resources like Product, Solution Engineering, Bid Management, and Legal teams effectively.
  • Lead and coach strategic capture efforts to shape and win competitive procurements.
  • Drive all aspects of the business, attending to existing clients and seeking new ones.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of sales or related experience in complex solution sales or senior government environments.
  • Experience operating with senior decision makers in sales or government relations.
  • Knowledge of US Federal account procurement.
  • Knowledge of DMV business, processes, technologies, competition, and partner community.
  • Proven creative thinking, problem-solving, and ability to navigate issues.
  • Experience presenting and promoting technology offerings, differentiations, and value propositions.
  • Proven negotiation skills with customers and partners, self-starter who works well in a team.
  • Experience with large-scale platform sales in government verticals and closing multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Technical aptitude to learn and present complex topics like biometrics and identity management.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
