Play a pivotal role in expanding presence across the DACH region by owning the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation. Become an expert in software solutions, build strong relationships with prospects, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how to transform their rental business. Work closely with Marketing, Implementation, Product, and Support teams for a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation.
- Manage a rich sales pipeline and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tailor messages to different audiences, and handle proposals and contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to regional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to go-live.
- Travel across Germany for client meetings, events, and exhibitions (several trips per month).
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or vertical industry software.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, managing full sales cycles, and closing deals.
- Understanding of general business processes like purchasing, stock management, sales, and invoicing, or familiarity with rental or asset management workflows.
- Ability to visualize sales opportunities, anticipate objections, and navigate complex decision-making.
- Data-driven approach, comfortable with sales pipelines, activity metrics, and performance optimization.
- Confidence in delivering product demonstrations online or in person.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

- Experience selling into the rental or equipment hire industry.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
- Understanding of software implementation processes.
