This role involves serving as the primary contact for clients to deliver exceptional travel experiences focused on Switzerland. Responsibilities
- Act as the first contact for clients via phone, email, or CRM.
- Design custom itineraries and provide quotations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations through professional communication.
- Conduct research, surveys, and investigations to capitalize on unique selling points and evaluate competitors.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with travel experiences.
- Report to and collaborate with the owner and marketing department on sales strategies and progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized information in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Autonomous, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem solver with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in travel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Switzerland and Europe is a big plus.
- Experience with skiing, hiking, or Salesforce is beneficial.
