This role involves driving revenue growth by selling enterprise software to large State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts in Pennsylvania. As an individual contributor, you will deliver license, support, and service revenue targets while building customer relationships and exploring business opportunities in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with clients.
- Explore relationships and business possibilities across the client’s organization.
- Become a thought leader in machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals with diverse stakeholders.
- Embrace and apply channel partners to identify new opportunities.
- Provide timely input to corporate functions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises or Public Sector in fast-growing environments.
- At least 2 years of recent sales experience with State, Local, or Higher Education customers in Pennsylvania.
- Proven record of exceeding quota in complex, solution-based sales.
- Must live in the Pennsylvania region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software sales experience.
- Experience using partners, channels, and alliances to achieve sales targets.
- Consistent track record of new business development and overachieving targets.
- Strong executive presence, excellent listening skills.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative techniques; knowledge of Force Management, MEDDPICC, or Challenger methodologies.
