Job Overview
Sell SaaS Payroll & HR products to UK and global customers in the ENT segment, managing the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of ENT accounts and manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise.
- Develop a robust pipeline, collaborating with SDRs and sales team for optimal results.
- Continuously refine sales approaches to stay competitive.
- Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
- Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams for improvement.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company selling to the ENT segment.
- Proven track record of selling HR tech solutions in the UK ENT segment (5000+ employees).
- Expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use.
- Up to date on UK labour laws and legislation.
- Hunter mentality with superb closing skills.
