Job Overview

Sell SaaS Payroll & HR products to UK and global customers in the ENT segment, managing the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of ENT accounts and manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Develop a robust pipeline, collaborating with SDRs and sales team for optimal results.
  • Continuously refine sales approaches to stay competitive.
  • Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
  • Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams for improvement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company selling to the ENT segment.
  • Proven track record of selling HR tech solutions in the UK ENT segment (5000+ employees).
  • Expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use.
  • Up to date on UK labour laws and legislation.
  • Hunter mentality with superb closing skills.
  • Go-getter and self-starting mentality.
