Job Overview

This role involves driving sales for event technology and AV software solutions in a fast-growing B2B startup. Focus on consultative selling to convert prospects into clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in the events and marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and convert prospects into paying clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Prospect SME organizations and establish relationships with key stakeholders via omnichannel outreach.
  • Qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile and industry-specific use cases.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales outreach in systems like PipeDrive, Hubspot, Wingman, and Warfare.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by maximizing inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting as needed.
  • Build social networks through consistent, valuable content and conversations on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the SaaS or Events industry.
  • Experience presenting sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Practice consultative selling with a high closing volume.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent network in the B2B consumer market for events, marketing, or production.
  • Understanding of event technology, including integrations, and the events market.
  • Experience with cold contacting and lead sourcing in a B2B corporate environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency for business.
