Job Overview

Drive sales growth by acquiring new B2B customers for ISO SaaS solutions in the DACH region. Lead the full sales funnel from proactive outreach to deal closure, while contributing to go-to-market strategies and cross-selling to existing clients. Focus on sustainable software for mid-sized enterprises, emphasizing efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact decision-makers in mid-sized companies and corporations via phone, email, and digital channels to establish initial connections.
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs analyses to identify pain points and develop tailored value propositions.
  • Present solutions through structured product demonstrations, both remotely and on-site when needed, providing clear explanations of complex services.
  • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, prioritize leads, and advance them through systematic follow-ups, including support at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Create compelling offers, negotiate terms, and independently close selected deals.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to account management and collaborate closely with internal teams.
  • Realize cross-selling opportunities for ISO products among 450 existing ESG customers, handling needs analysis to closure.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy for ISO products, including positioning, target audience engagement, and channel development in collaboration with marketing, partners, business development, and product teams.
  • Work in a performance-oriented culture, using KPIs to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex services, with outbound experience and structured handling of inbound leads.
  • Proven success in discovery, value proposition development, objection handling, and closing complex sales processes through the full funnel.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, combined with analytical thinking and the ability to quickly understand and clearly convey complex content.
  • Strong self-organization, structured, and reliable work approach.
