Job Overview

Drive new business development by identifying opportunities in process manufacturing and industrial sectors. Conduct consultative sales with executives and stakeholders, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities. The role requires weekly attendance at headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, while being remote in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in process manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant managers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Present the platform and value proposition through live demos, proposals, and compelling business cases.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Continuously gather feedback from the market to inform go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • +3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or data analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience with consultative selling.
  • Affinity with focus industries: Manufacturing Process industries, Food & Beverages, Chemicals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German and/or French are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to be present in Hasselt on a weekly basis.
