This role involves driving growth and sales for AI-driven business transformation and data solutions in the Banking and Financial Services sector across North America. As a quota-carrying sales lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping visions, defining roadmaps, and guiding large-scale transformation programs while navigating regulatory and compliance challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and growth targets, including ACV and TCV, by driving new sales in existing accounts and pursuing new logo and expansion opportunities.
- Shape and close large, complex, multi-tower transformation deals.
- Engage senior BFS stakeholders such as CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, Chief Risk/Compliance, and Business Heads.
- Lead conversations on the future of BFS in an AI-driven, regulated world, including AI-led business reimagination and underlying IT services like modern data services, app modernization, and infrastructure transformation.
- Position the organization as a strategic transformation partner.
- Articulate end-to-end transformation narratives covering AI and agentic processes, data foundations, modern cloud and infrastructure, application modernization, and business process changes.
- Anchor discussions in BFS regulatory realities, including data privacy, governance, model risk management, auditability, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate with client executives and sales teams, orchestrate subject matter experts across practices, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
