- Own the outbound reply workflow: handle positive and neutral replies from AI-powered campaigns targeting 3,000 companies monthly via Instantly.
- Diagnose issues in lead conversion systems and iterate on AI workflows to improve productivity while maintaining human judgment.
- Build and refine systems for converting warm signals from LinkedIn engagements and cold outbound campaigns into meetings.
Qualifications
- Comfortable using and building AI tools for sales workflows to achieve 10x productivity.
- Strong skills in personalized outreach, particularly manual LinkedIn DMs that outperform automation.
