Responsibilities

  • Manage the LinkedIn-to-pipeline engine: scrape qualified commenters from CEO posts via Clay, enrich with company data, score by GMV, prioritize for DMs, and write personalized outreach.
  • Own the outbound reply workflow: handle positive and neutral replies from AI-powered campaigns targeting 3,000 companies monthly via Instantly.
  • Diagnose issues in lead conversion systems and iterate on AI workflows to improve productivity while maintaining human judgment.
  • Build and refine systems for converting warm signals from LinkedIn engagements and cold outbound campaigns into meetings.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using and building AI tools for sales workflows to achieve 10x productivity.
  • Strong skills in personalized outreach, particularly manual LinkedIn DMs that outperform automation.
  • Experience operating sales infrastructure like enrichment tools (Clay), sequences (Instantly), and AI-scored contacts.
  • Ability to maintain autonomous pace in a remote-first environment with daily standups and weekly shipping.
