Job Overview

Join a sustainable energy company as an Area Sales Manager to drive the energy transition by acquiring and developing B2B customers in the construction, crafts, and energy supply sectors. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, building a strong network in your region while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop customer potentials in handcraft, construction, and energy supply sectors, and actively build cooperation partners.
  • Conduct advisory and sales conversations (remote and on-site) and guide the process to completion.
  • Qualify inquiries, create offers, and ensure quick, binding responses.
  • Strategically develop existing customers (up-/cross-selling, framework agreements, referral networks).
  • Monitor market and competitive developments and derive concrete measures for your region.
  • Document your pipeline cleanly in CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales (field or hybrid model) with proven successes in building and closing deals.
  • Basic technical understanding, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and customer orientation.
  • Structured work style, strong team ability, and confident handling of challenges.
  • Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel for regional customer meetings.
  • Fluent German skills (C1 level).
