Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers (70% of role) through identifying targets, cold calling, initial outreach, and trade shows, with 20% field work.
- Develop sales strategies by analyzing customer structures, technical/economic challenges, and creating tailored approaches per segment, including offers and business cases.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, handling multiple decision-makers and closing complex deals.
- Build and manage a data-driven sales pipeline, including forecasting, strategic key accounts, and positioning pilot projects for expansion.
- Maintain CRM (Pipedrive), document activities, create reports, provide market feedback for product/pricing/sales development, and hand over projects to project management.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in technical B2B project sales, successfully placing complex solutions in the market.
- Proven ability to structure sales processes from contact to close and work with multiple customer decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in build-up phases, independent, strategic, and market-oriented thinking.
- Data-based, KPI-oriented work with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive), quick grasp of technical concepts, and ability to explain them to customers.
