Call Center Agent / Scheduler

Job Overview

This role involves supporting commercial and industrial customers in optimizing energy costs through innovative services like energy procurement, data management with AI, photovoltaics, storage, CHP, and audits. The position focuses on outbound call center activities in a remote home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent cold acquisition and pre-qualification of customers.
• Document results in the company’s system.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in outbound call center work (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills for conducting acquisition conversations in German, with customer- and sales-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PC, and telephone systems.
• Self-organization and ability to work independently from home office with own infrastructure (PC, internet).
