- Conduct independent cold acquisition and pre-qualification of customers.
- Document results in the company’s system.
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in outbound call center work (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills for conducting acquisition conversations in German, with customer- and sales-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, PC, and telephone systems.
- Self-organization and ability to work independently from home office with own infrastructure (PC, internet).
