Job Overview

This role involves providing clinical expertise to support sales processes, developing accounts, delivering training and support to customers, and contributing to product expansion in the medical device field focused on bleeding management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise during sales calls, manage clinical evaluations at hospital accounts, and present data to help close sales.
  • Offer go-live and ongoing support to customers, including clinical interpretation training and establishment of protocols for the Quantra system.
  • Deliver additional operator training and ongoing support to laboratory and point-of-care teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to increase product utilization and establish HemoSonics as the standard for bleeding management.
  • Develop key opinion leaders and reference accounts, collaborate with sales and clinical teams, and provide customer feedback on products and services.
  • Attend team meetings, sales training, and perform administrative tasks such as reports and expense management.
  • Achieve revenue goals and collaborate on special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a health care-related discipline (Life Sciences, Nursing, Perfusion, Anesthesia) and 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in critical care, surgery, or diagnostics.
  • Experience in clinical education, training programs, or sales background.
  • Clinical experience in critical care areas, with emphasis on coagulation and hemostasis preferred.
  • Professional credentialing (RN, BSN, MSN, CCP, PA, etc.) preferred.
  • Knowledge of perioperative bleeding management, critical care medicine, or surgery.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical and clinical aptitude to understand and train on products.
