Job Overview

Support companies in increasing their digital visibility to efficiently acquire new customers and employees. As a freelance cold caller working remotely from home, conduct initial phone outreach on a commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Proactive phone contact with companies (cold calling)
• Conduct conversations at the decision-maker level
• Identify needs and generate interest in sales consulting
• Schedule qualified appointments for the consulting team
• Brief documentation of contacts

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outbound (cold calling), or call center is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication skills and confident phone voice
• Ability to work independently and high motivation
• Own work equipment (laptop, phone, internet)
• Very good German language skills
