Job Overview

The Community Manager plays a vital role on the sales team, focusing on building and strengthening relationships with retail partners, tribal communities, and consumers to drive engagement, brand loyalty, and sales growth. This position involves executing strategic initiatives, serving as a liaison, and achieving sales quotas through promotional events and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Expand engagement with retail stores and tribal community partners to foster long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales growth and increase product distribution within assigned territories.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and community initiatives.
  • Execute strategies and promotional plans effectively and professionally.
  • Organize, support, and lead in-store and community events to build brand awareness.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring respectful engagement with tribal communities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tribal leaders, community organizations, and retail partners.
  • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and cultural initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create programs supporting mutual growth and community well-being.
  • Introduce and promote products to retail and distributor accounts, securing optimal visibility and placement.
  • Maintain POS materials, ensure competitive pricing, monitor inventory, rotate products, and report competitive activities.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, educate consumers, build brand awareness, and manage promotional materials.
