Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes.
  • Make timely callbacks for missed calls according to contact protocol.
  • Capture initial customer information strictly following the provided script.
  • Communicate with customers in writing via WhatsApp or email.
  • Carefully document deals in the CRM and efficiently manage the sales funnel.
  • Conduct outbound calls for purposes such as inviting to webinars, informing about promotions, and performing customer interviews.
