Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and product consultancy support for complex customers
- Offer pre-sales design and application support through interactions with sales, customers, and internal teams
- Participate technically to help achieve revenue goals
- Generate design configurations for sales quotations
- Conduct technical interviews to define customer needs
- Coordinate resources for proposals, presentations, and RFPs
- Develop and deliver technical presentations
- Provide technical assistance based on feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams
- Participate in meetings to create product packages and coordinate projects
- Review industry trends to meet future demand
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with payment processing solutions
- Ability to lead solution design and delivery programs
- Great overview of software and hardware solutions
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to map market trends, analyze them, and present new solutions
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Flexible in implementing new procedures
- High level of professionalism
- Self-driven with ability to make independent decisions
