Job Overview

This role involves partnering with sales teams to develop and close opportunities as a technical subject matter expert on products and services. Responsibilities include consulting on offerings, designing customer solutions, documenting requirements, evaluating product performance, and conducting demonstrations of the payments processing solution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales and product consultancy support for complex customers
  • Offer pre-sales design and application support through interactions with sales, customers, and internal teams
  • Participate technically to help achieve revenue goals
  • Generate design configurations for sales quotations
  • Conduct technical interviews to define customer needs
  • Coordinate resources for proposals, presentations, and RFPs
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations
  • Provide technical assistance based on feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Participate in meetings to create product packages and coordinate projects
  • Review industry trends to meet future demand

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with payment processing solutions
  • Ability to lead solution design and delivery programs
  • Great overview of software and hardware solutions
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to map market trends, analyze them, and present new solutions
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Flexible in implementing new procedures
  • High level of professionalism
  • Self-driven with ability to make independent decisions
  • Able to adapt to a quickly changing environment
  • Detail-oriented attitude
