The role involves full-time remote work with occasional offsite meetings, focusing on achieving ambitious annual targets in a dynamic, emotional sales environment targeting young adults.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach setters and closers in a setter-closer model, providing call feedback and weekly 1:1s.
- Foster and maintain a high-performance sales culture with clear performance expectations.
- Optimize closing rates, show-up rates, and cash collection through effective processes.
- Implement follow-up systems for no-closes and existing customers.
- Structure sales for events and launches, with potential for personal closings as needed.
- Drive team development to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales leadership within high-ticket B2C environments, preferably coaching or similar industries.
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, optimizing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, and tools such as Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable with emotional, short-cycle sales targeting 20-35 year olds, with average deal values around 5,000€.
- Readiness for full-time commitment (min. 40 hours/week, including weekends if necessary) and participation in quarterly offsite meetings.
