Job Overview

Lead and scale the sales team in a rapidly growing agency, taking full ownership of the B2B sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate directly with the founder on growth strategies in a remote, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale the sales team (setter and closer roles)
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new sales team members
  • Analyze sales KPIs and optimize conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in agency or service environments
  • Initial leadership experience or clear ability to build and develop teams
  • Hands-on mentality: actively participate in sales and lead by example
  • Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for people
  • Full availability and willingness to go the extra mile
