- Build, lead, and scale the sales team (setter and closer roles)
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks
- Recruit, onboard, and coach new sales team members
- Analyze sales KPIs and optimize conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle
- Collaborate directly with the founder on growth strategies
