Internal Pharmaceutical Advisor Cardiology

Job Overview

This remote role involves providing pharmaceutical advisory services in the cardiology field, focusing on therapy awareness, lead generation, and professional communication with healthcare professionals across Germany. The position supports life sciences clients through flexible sales and personnel solutions, emphasizing integrated project approaches.

Responsibilities

• Create therapy awareness among key contacts in the medical field.
• Act as a competent partner communicating on equal terms with doctors and medical staff.
• Generate leads and build interest in client products.
• Achieve agreed goals and KPIs within the target group.
• Handle professional acquisition, target addressing, and product consulting in cardiology.
• Support clients via phone, email, online calls, and other channels in selected indications.
• Independently plan doctor calls based on target lists and document in CRM.
• Manage timely administration in daily business.
• Apply coaching and training concepts to enhance remote work competencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a remote employee or eRep, ideally with several years in the role.
• Detailing experience is advantageous.
• Confident demeanor and strong phone communication skills to engage clients.
• Excellent communication, expertise, and persuasion to provide real value.
• Completed pharmaceutical representative training per §75 AMG or equivalent as a pharmaceutical advisor.
• Home office setup.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Very good English skills for company communication.
