Job Overview

This remote sales role involves working from home as a freelancer, focusing on managing and expanding customer relationships without cold calling. You will handle leads, consultations, and contract closures in a performance-based environment with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer relationships
• Consult with prospects (no cold calls)
• Follow up on leads and close contracts

Qualifications

• Fluent German at native level
• Sales experience advantageous (not required, training provided)
• Structured and independent work style
• Laptop/PC (Windows) and stable internet
• Headset with noise-cancelling
• Availability for shift work (08:00–20:00 German time)
