Job Overview

This role involves conducting outbound prospecting to identify and qualify high-quality leads in target segments such as architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, and high-end residential projects. The focus is on building the sales pipeline through structured outreach, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the sales team, without closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments including architects & interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, and high-end residential projects.
  • Conduct structured outbound outreach.
  • Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, and need.
  • Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting.
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar.
  • Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting.
  • Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets.
