This role involves building and feeding the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Focus on identifying high-quality leads in target segments such as architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, and high-end residential projects, without closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments.
- Conduct structured outbound outreach.
- Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, and need.
- Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting.
- Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar.
- Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting.
- Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets.
