Develop and support therapies in the High Growth Technologies portfolio, introduce core products to customers, and manage sales activities across Switzerland in the medical technology sector focused on interventional oncology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support therapies with High Growth Technologies portfolio (e.g., SIRT and Cryoablation).
- Introduce core products (e.g., Coils and Microcatheters) at existing and new customers.
- Align customer activities with team members.
- Serve as competent contact for medical management, staff, and purchasing department.
- Prepare and execute negotiations securely.
- Create and implement customer-specific sales concepts.
- Conduct customer training, visits to congresses, and trade fairs.
Qualifications
- Degree in biomedical engineering, comparable study, or commercial/clinical education (e.g., MTA/MTRA).
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales of consulting-intensive products, ideally in medical technology.
- Open, positive personality with enjoyment in selling high-quality clinical products.
- Strong sales orientation, flexibility, and negotiation/closing skills.
- Good MS Office skills; native or business fluent German and English (French nice to have).
- High willingness to travel and flexible working hours.
