Job Overview

This role involves generating leads for a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing for e-commerce. Working directly with the founder and management, you’ll focus on top-of-funnel sales activities to book qualified meetings remotely from home.

Responsibilities

  • Generate 50+ qualified meetings per month after ramp-up by mastering signal-based outbound methodology.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria and strategic fit.
  • Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Craft personalized messages to generate responses and handle objections.
  • Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and precise pipeline forecasting.
  • Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
  • Hand off detailed leads to account executives and provide insights to refine ICP and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Hungry, eager to learn mindset with a focus on high output and treating rejection as data for iteration.
  • Numbers and KPI-oriented, reliable under high volume, with strategies for managing work-related stress.
  • 0–2 years experience as SDR/BDR or proven performance in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey complex value propositions.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail in prospect qualification.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
  • Digital savvy with quick mastery of sales tools.
