Responsibilities
- Generate 50+ qualified meetings per month after ramp-up by mastering signal-based outbound methodology.
- Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria and strategic fit.
- Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
- Craft personalized messages to generate responses and handle objections.
- Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and precise pipeline forecasting.
- Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Hand off detailed leads to account executives and provide insights to refine ICP and positioning.
Qualifications
- Hungry, eager to learn mindset with a focus on high output and treating rejection as data for iteration.
- Numbers and KPI-oriented, reliable under high volume, with strategies for managing work-related stress.
- 0–2 years experience as SDR/BDR or proven performance in customer-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
