Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Flight Coordinators and Crew Schedulers to optimize company resources, primarily aircraft and crew.
• Manage high-volume email traffic to respond to quote requests timely and professionally.
• Convert charter requests into bookings, maximizing profit and efficiency.
• Master and utilize various marketing and sales platforms.
• Determine customer needs and provide suitable options for their mission.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in charter operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills: detail-oriented, proactive, with multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
