Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers such as clinics and practices, ensuring structured documentation.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, congresses, trainings, events, and direct exchanges with decision-makers.
  • Advise medical professionals on opportunities and applications of medical cannabis.
  • Develop territory-specific action plans, analyze sales development, and proactively manage visit planning.
  • Monitor competitors, customer needs, and market trends to inform success strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvements, including contact documentation and data import.
  • Achieve and exceed company goals to position the company sustainably in the market.
  • Implement telephone sales campaigns in a structured, goal-oriented, and measurable way.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a Pharmaceutical Representative per §75 AMG, or as BTA, PTA, MTA, or CTA, or a degree in natural sciences.
  • Strong communication skills in German, both oral and written; good English knowledge is ideal.
  • Experience in acquisition or interaction with physicians is advantageous; motivation to learn quickly if not.
  • Flexibility in adapting to different conversation partners, from practices to clinics and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, IT affinity, and comfort using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and responsibility.
  • Confident presence in personal and telephone interactions, with strong self-organization.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the federal territory.
