Job Overview

This role involves supporting the sales process in a SaaS company focused on agricultural technology. You’ll handle lead generation, qualification, and management using CRM tools, while collaborating with teams to drive sales opportunities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Maintain communication with prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Assign qualified leads to distributors and deliver weekly reports.
  • Follow up on pending demos and ensure lead conversion into pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with AI-based SDR tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Nurture data in ABM lists and identify key decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pre-sales or sales support, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to learn technical products and communicate their value.
  • Proactive approach to follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote work.
  • Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology.
