Presales and Lead Management Student Assistant

Job Overview

This is a part-time student role focused on supporting customer journeys in the digital future area, involving lead qualification, presales activities, and CRM management. It offers flexible hours (10-20 per week) in a fully remote setup, providing insights into consulting operations and opportunities for active involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support holistic care and optimization of the customer journey from initial lead to qualified customer appointment.
• Qualify incoming leads, conduct presales conversations, and clarify initial needs over the phone.
• Maintain, structure, and develop the CRM system while keeping track of all leads and contacts.
• Prepare structured information from conversations for consultants.
• Help continuously improve internal processes around lead management, contact maintenance, and appointment preparation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in at least the 3rd semester of bachelor’s or master’s program in fields like marketing, business administration, business informatics, communication studies, economic psychology, or similar.
• Interest in customer communication, presales, and lead management.
• Comfortable conducting initial phone conversations with structure and empathy.
• Skilled in managing phone calls confidently and sympathetically, professionally handling leads.
• No hesitation with cold calls, viewing them as opportunities for genuine conversations.
• Structured, reliable, and careful worker who takes responsibility.
• Good sense for organization, processes, and professional customer/lead interaction.
• Quick learner with new tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, LinkedIn, MS Office).
• Strong self-management and high quality standards.
• Beneficial but not required: Initial experience in consulting, sales, customer contact, or project work; prior remote job experience.
• Team player who contributes ideas actively.
