Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on case packing and palletizing.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems.
- Strong proven abilities to manage technical selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Great Lakes territory (MI, IN, OH, KY, WV).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
