Job Overview

This remote role involves leading the regional sales team for the Endoscopy business in Spain, focusing on capital equipment and consumables for hepatology and gastroenterology. Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the regional sales team to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop and implement business strategies for existing and prospective accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team to execute the organization’s overall sales strategy within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and cross functional partners to support sales, market development, service initiatives, and clinical programs
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop new programs aligned with sales objectives to increase market share
  • Evaluate the need for new sales programs and processes, conduct competitive analyses, and implement appropriate strategies
  • Coach and develop sales representatives on product and technical knowledge, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and effective selling techniques to ensure achievement of sales targets

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or another relevant advanced degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in the medical industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated strong selling techniques and strategies, including clinical selling, with a proven track record of success in previous roles
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Advanced negotiation skills and strong strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others and communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform effectively in highly competitive markets
