Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Develop sales plans for the assigned region with detailed actions and timelines.
  • Promote value proposition and key product features to customers.
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer and prospect activities and KPIs.
  • Conduct outreach including cold-calling and managing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Assess customer needs, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and close sales.
  • Provide sales forecasts and submit required reporting.
  • Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience related to selling capital equipment.
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM/ERP software.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% in North America and adapt to varying work environments.
