Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop sales plans for the assigned region with detailed actions and timelines.
- Promote value proposition and key product features to customers.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer and prospect activities and KPIs.
- Conduct outreach including cold-calling and managing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Assess customer needs, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Provide sales forecasts and submit required reporting.
- Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience related to selling capital equipment.
- B.A. or B.S. Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM/ERP software.
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven relationship-building skills.
