Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise independent representatives, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing feedback.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients through visits, needs assessment, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and monitor trends and competitors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, manage regional budget, and provide reports via CRM.
  • Maintain product knowledge and educate customers and representatives.
  • Engage daily with prospective and existing customers, address issues, and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with departments like marketing and R&D, ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • Preferred higher education degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and processes; familiarity with CRM and Power BI beneficial.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a network of independent representatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and team management.
  • Skills in developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and analyzing data.
  • Understanding of the Mid-Atlantic market, including competitors and trends.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to travel overnight.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
