Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize creative outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Conduct independent discovery calls to qualify sales opportunities.
- Identify, initiate, and maintain partnerships with non-competitive entities serving similar audiences, planning joint events and webinars.
- Integrate AI tools to accelerate outreach, research, and follow-ups, serving as a model for AI-supported sales.
- Optionally, create AI-sales tutorials for the company’s learning platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outreach, or partnership management as a professional, not a junior.
- Strong ability to think in win-win scenarios and connect the right people.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Initial experience with AI and a strong desire to deepen involvement.
- Hands-on mindset, proactive without needing instructions.
