The position is on a mini-job basis, offering hands-on experience in AI-integrated sales while contributing to outreach, discovery calls, and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize creative outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Conduct independent discovery calls to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Identify, initiate, and maintain partnerships with non-competitive entities serving similar audiences, planning joint events and webinars.
  • Integrate AI tools to accelerate outreach, research, and follow-ups, serving as a model for AI-supported sales.
  • Optionally, create AI-sales tutorials for the company’s learning platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outreach, or partnership management as a professional, not a junior.
  • Strong ability to think in win-win scenarios and connect the right people.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Initial experience with AI and a strong desire to deepen involvement.
  • Hands-on mindset, proactive without needing instructions.
