Job Overview

Support a web design and SEO agency by acquiring new clients, conducting consultations, managing accounts, and preparing for strategy meetings to drive customer growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients including founders, executives, and marketing specialists.
  • Conduct consultation meetings with prospects, explain services, and convert them to customers if there’s a good fit.
  • Regularly communicate with existing clients to identify additional needs.
  • Handle pre- and post-preparation for strategy consultants’ appointments to stay updated on client status.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills to convince prospects of the offering.
  • Good people skills to assess fit and know when to probe further.
  • High self-organization and quick adaptation to new topics.
  • Motivated mindset to take responsibility from day one, focus on the big picture, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in German and English.
