Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients including founders, executives, and marketing specialists.
- Conduct consultation meetings with prospects, explain services, and convert them to customers if there’s a good fit.
- Regularly communicate with existing clients to identify additional needs.
- Handle pre- and post-preparation for strategy consultants’ appointments to stay updated on client status.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience in agency and B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills to convince prospects of the offering.
- Good people skills to assess fit and know when to probe further.
- High self-organization and quick adaptation to new topics.
- Motivated mindset to take responsibility from day one, focus on the big picture, and stay calm under pressure.
- Fluent in German and English.
