Responsibilities
- Conduct qualified closing conversations with potential customers over the phone.
- Ensure a professional transition from interested prospects to paying customers.
- Lead need-based discussions with a clear focus on successful closures.
- Carefully document and follow up on all contacts in the CRM system.
- Build trust and commitment in direct customer interactions.
- Actively contribute to the development of consulting and closing processes.
- Coach and support team members to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Completed school education or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience in customer service or similar position.
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form.
- Strong service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Solid IT knowledge, especially in MS Office.
- Ability to work structured, efficiently, and precisely in a dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and reliable work ethic.
