Job Overview

Join a fast-growing comparison platform for finance, renewable energy, insurance, and more. As a key member of the sales team, handle incoming calls from potential customers, close deals, and contribute to customer acquisition in a dynamic, professional environment. Work with 50-70 inbound leads daily, aiming for up to 15 sales per day.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualified closing conversations with potential customers over the phone.
  • Ensure a professional transition from interested prospects to paying customers.
  • Lead need-based discussions with a clear focus on successful closures.
  • Carefully document and follow up on all contacts in the CRM system.
  • Build trust and commitment in direct customer interactions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of consulting and closing processes.
  • Coach and support team members to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Completed school education or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, initial experience in customer service or similar position.
  • Very good communication skills in spoken and written form.
  • Strong service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Solid IT knowledge, especially in MS Office.
  • Ability to work structured, efficiently, and precisely in a dynamic environment.
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and reliable work ethic.
